Saving in Peace.
I am the typical Japanese who is married to Jewish psychologist. In other words, I could call myself Jewpanese. What do you expect from Jewpanese? Of course, you can collect all of your stereotypical ideas.
I am good at math? Yes, I am.
Do I play the piano? Unfortunately, yes, I do. In fact, I play the wood-bass and other musical instrument.
However, these are the stereotypical thoughts for Asian, not for the Japanese who is with Jewish girl.
…. Yes !! MONEY !!.
In reality, my wife was a girl after all. She didn’t have any sense of personal finance when we met. After so many great years of her brain-washing-me experiment in many ways, I made a counter punch to her. I brain washed her to save some money.
I know “saving money” is not the culture in the U.S. or other Western culture I know of. I am not trying to convince you that everyone should be stingy so they can save some money and get the sense of security.
The only reason I am trying to introduce how we save money is to share how world could be meaningful once you stop worrying about the bill to pay. You need to worry about money, but at least not the bill. The feeling of “not being able to pay” is pretty horrible.
I hope you enjoy our journey to save money in the U.S.
